Effective July 26, 2026. ConcessionStand.ai is building school concession operations software for adult school and Booster Club leaders. We collect only the information needed to answer an inquiry and evaluate a possible launch.
Information the contact form collects
The form asks for your name, email address, school or organization, role, optional phone number, teams or programs, primary operating need, and the message you choose to send. Our hosting and security providers may also process ordinary request information such as time, browser details, and network address to deliver and protect the service. Do not use the public form for student records, card numbers, passwords, API keys, health information, or other sensitive data.
How the information is used
We use the submission to reply to you, understand the school’s concession workflow, schedule a walkthrough, prevent abuse, and improve the product and operating guides. We do not sell contact information, use it for third-party behavioral advertising, or add public-site visitors to an automated marketing list without a separate choice.
Where the information goes
The public website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Contact requests pass through a secured Vercel endpoint and are delivered by Resend to a designated ConcessionStand.ai operating inbox. Those providers process limited information to host, secure, and deliver the request under their own service and privacy terms.
Retention and choices
Inquiry emails are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain the business relationship, meet legal obligations, and protect the service. You may ask to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted by emailing hello@concessionstand.ai. We may retain a minimal record when required for security, legal, or accounting purposes.
Children and school records
This public contact form is intended for adult Athletic Directors, Booster Club leaders, coaches, administrators, and other adult decision-makers. It is not intended for children to submit personal information. The operational product uses role-based access and will address school-specific privacy responsibilities in its service documentation.
Updates
